There are many hotels or guest houe around this areas .It start from Montri hotel ,surround by the Rachadamnoen road ,Rachapakinai,Sripoom and Moonmuang road .It's price from Bath 600 to 250

It includes Nice, MD , Sumit ,Eagle and many other guest house .

I prefers to stay at Sumit at bath 250(fan only Air-400) .It is a clean and friendly hotel .It just situated behind Sompet Market .On the top -right is the lobby of the hotel.

This area is near the market,walking street and Wat Chiangman .As for the food ,there are many small reataurant along Rachadamnoen road .

This area has a lot of beer bar so is one of the best choice for those people like to go this places .The beer bars are along Kotchasarn road and Moonmuang road .
At the Moonmuang road ,the few more prominient are Top north Hotel(Bath 500 to 800) and Top north guest house at further away from Patu Thapae(Bath 250 to 500 )There are many small guest houses at the Soi .The rule is that the price is higher as the guest house or hotel is more closer to Patu Thapae

At Kotchasan road ,most of the hotel are at the Soi.They are more expensive than those at Moonmuang Road .
Behind DK bookshopis my favourite Royal guest house .It costs from Bath 150 to 600 The higher the floor the cheaper is the room(fan only)
Near the exit of Thanon Loikro to KoChasan road ,it has a quite new hotel -Raming Lodge.It should be above Bath 1500

Stay at this area is easy to go beer bar ,agogo,disco at Mandalay.It also can get some local food easily .If you are stay there at the weekend ,the area starts from Patu Thapae to Thanon Rachadamnoen road is the Walking street market .It sells a lot sourvinior ,clothing ,food and etc...at local price .
